Rashika trained as a dentist, completing a Bachelor of Dental Surgery at Bharati Vidyapeeth, Navi Mumbai, including a clinical internship, before moving into healthcare communications. She holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from the Indian Institute of Health Management Research (IIHMR), Jaipur.
She spent four years at 314e Corporation, a US-based health technology company, working on clinical software and provider-facing content, and now leads digital marketing and medical-education content at Pharmed Limited in Bengaluru, where Care for Bones is produced. Her work spans SEO, content strategy, lifecycle marketing and product marketing across healthcare and B2B SaaS.
Her clinical training shapes how this site is written: every page is drafted against published orthopaedic and public-health sources, and every page is reviewed for medical and regulatory accuracy before it is published. She writes for patients and caregivers rather than for clinicians, and the site is deliberately kept free of product promotion.
